Natural Language Processing (NLP) is a subset of linguistics, computer science and artificial intelligence, concerned with interactions between computers and humans. This technology helps the computer to process human language and “understand” contextual nuances in text or voice and thus respond to users' demands.

eva has its own cognitive engine technology: the eva NLP, a NTT DATA proprietary Natural Language Processing engine, that comes integrated as default. eva also allows you to use different cognitive engines.&#x20;
